Simply Sing Little Voices ( Wee Care)

We are delighted to launch our after-school programme with Wee Care.

In an innovative, unique and fun jam-packed 10-week course, Simply Sing will empower your child to sing and speak with more confidence.  We will help them unleash a new sense of joy and fun in singing as they have never experienced before. Using the Simply Sing method, we will help your child to become more confident, expand their singing repertoire, improve their emotional intelligence, vocal awareness, tone, rhythm and memory and most importantly have lots of fun doing it.

Simply Sing Little Voices Course will include some of the following;

  • Lots of singing fun & games
  • Circle Singing
  • World Music singing & dance
  • Public speaking practice
  • Solo Singing
  • Solo Singing / Speaking confidence techniques
  • Vocal technique
  • Performance practice & training
  • Little Voices Vocal Mindfulness
  • Live performance at the end of the course

 About Your Facilitators

Clodagh Swords (Founder Simply Sing) has spent her life singing. She has appeared on T.V., radio, and film for both acting and singing. She is a creative entrepreneur and advanced public speaker with over 12 years’ experience within facilitation, business development, and communications. Founded and developed Simply Sing in 2011. She is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin in Drama and Theatre Studies and possesses an MA in Facilitation and the voice. She is professionally trained in developing confidence in people’s singing voices, drama and movement. She developed the Simply Sing method and has run extensive workshops since 2011 in both Dublin & London.

Paddy Groenland (Vocal Technique & World Music Facilitator) is a singing teacher, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and lead singer of Paj, his original band that draws from RnB, soul & jazz. He has played in a variety of crossover bands like traditional Irish award winners Ensemble Ériu, Congolese guitarist Niwel Tsumbu’s RiZa, West-African group Manden Express, Dave Flynn’s Clare Memory Orchestra alongside Martin Hayes, groups Loah, Fehdah and Danny G & the Major 7ths, playing support to Thundercat, Hiatus Kaiyote, Taylor McFerrin, M People and Billy Ocean, while his own folk/jazz group, Leafzang, released their eponymous album in 2011. A Fulbright student at the Berklee College of Music, Boston, most recently he completed a Masters degree in Global music & pedagogy at the Sibelius Academy, Helsinki. //
